My Sister's Oath
The project is a unique project for the girls in Kedma. Its target is to create local leadership of girls who mentor their younger friends in the village and to create a supportive and strengthening atmosphere between the girls.
The project is about providing strategies for personal and interpersonal behaviors, designed to provide tools for coping with decision making, enhancing a sense of ability on the path to personal independence and a better future, enhancing interpersonal communication skills. All of this is conducted by locating, strengthening and leaning on each girl's strengths while building a local leadership of graduate pupils mentoring the young ones.
